I forwarded my Nikon 5000 to you after bidding on an $80.00 ebay service contract.
The camera had approximately a 1 week turnaround which wasn't bad.
After receiving the camera and checking it out, the display read memory full.
I cleared the photo on the card and the memory indicator still displayed that
it was full.
I emailed your service department and was told the camera was fine when it
left
and that I should check to see if the resolution was at the highest setting.
Which was the case. I still have not had time to take or print any photos.
I think the camera is OK.
I'm just now learning about digital photography.
I appreciate your interest and concern.
